I like where you’re going with this!
If you can, try to make your “fork” adjustable, from what should be the axle height. This will allow you to adjust your axle-crown height & head tube angle to real dimensions, without complicated math. Diggit?

I need to come up with some good shots of my jig, whcih should give you an idea…

OR- if I can find shots of my first jig, that might be helpful too. Essentially it was a big “box” made of 4″x4″ steel, with tracks run in the bottom & front end. A milled piece of aluminum set the head angle, which was a pain because you couldn’t really change the HA. Anyhow, I won’t do it justice trying to describe it- and you’re off to a better start here anyhow.

    Keep it up!
